Submission: Overall submission should be within 1,000 text in WORD format using prescribed template provided.  Jurors will only assess the first 1,000 text.  No picture, photograph or graphic in written submission. Footnote will also be included in text count. Submittal covers activities from 1 August 2024 to 31 October 2025.

Attachments: A presentation in PDF format of maximum 10 slides with a file size less than 30MB to supplement the information that you believe will support your entry and help judges to understand your project.

Language: Please write your submission in ENGLISH.

Any project relevant to the respective categories can be nominated, provided it has never been awarded as Winner in the past 2 editions under the same category from the previous Asia Pacific Award of Excellence organized by IFMA Hong Kong Chapter.

Repeated submission of the same project under the same category will be disqualified.

All nominees should have direct involvement in the nominated project.

Deadline: All submissions should be done via the Online Nomination Form of the respective categories in our event website by 31 October 2025, 23:59 p.m. Hong Kong Time.
